The First Agricultural Land Investment Fund is a reliable partner in investing in various areas of the Ukrainian agricultural sector. Currently, the Fund holds corporate rights to companies operating in a wide range of areas of the agricultural sector, including the market for the sale and purchase of agricultural land and investments in land.
Dobrozem and Zeminvest are among the flagships in this area. The Fund also includes companies that grow various types of crops, a logistics company, and a number of companies engaged in trading activities on global agricultural markets.

Our history
One of the fund founders began working with multinational companies, providing consultations on agricultural trading in Ukraine. His awareness of the prospects of the agricultural sector became a guideline for subsequent development.
Fruitful work in establishing one of the leading marketplaces in the land market - Dobrozem. It was the result of collaborative efforts from a team of experts in agriculture, marketing and IT.
In cooperation with the First Agricultural Land Investment Fund and the Agrarian Investment Fund, we started working and were soon outpacing the land market in Ukraine, which had not yet been opened at the time.
Merger for the best investments in the market. From now on, part of Zeminvest LLC and Dobrozem LLC and farming enterprises with a total land bank of almost 10 hectares are now with us. We provide all stages of cooperation as we own a logistics and financial company.
Achievements
We were among the first to launch operations before the market became stable.
Amid the full-scale war, in 2022, we disbursed more than UAH 3 million, so we guarantee stability under any circumstances.
Under the management of Zeminvest and in the investment portfolios of clients, there are 1300 hectares of land.
Every day, we receive 75% of reservations from investors for land plots that we provide with preliminary contract signing.
We receive land reservations for 8 months in advance.
Weekly additions to the land bank constitute 45 hectares.
We have maintained consistent influx of investors since our foundation.
