Oleksandr Chornyi

In 1997, he graduated with honours from secondary school No. 5 in Korostyshiv. Later, he received his first higher education at the National Academy of the Security Service of Ukraine. He majored in law with an advanced study of economics. Since 2002, he worked for the Security Service of Ukraine, where he progressed from lieutenant to colonel in his career. In 2019, he resigned. He received his next higher education degree in 2008 in the International Institute of Management, specialising in financial accounting. Oleksandr Chornyi has consistently advanced in this field, and in 2020, obtained a PhD in Law and became a practicing attorney. In 2020, he began his journey in agricultural business. At first, he was a co-owner of a farm with a land bank of 2000 hectares. Working with like-minded people, he came up with the idea of creating the largest land marketplace in Ukraine - Dobrozem. In the course of more detailed work, it became evident that it was necessary to establish a dedicated investment platform that would open up opportunities for investors who had not previously invested in Ukrainian land. This is when the idea to create Zeminvest came about. In 2021, Oleksandr Chornyi co-founded corporate funds - the First Agricultural Land Investment Fund and the Agrarian Investment Fund.

Artur Zolotarevskyi

From 1994 to 2004, he studied at Dnipro University of Technology, specialising in Business Economics. He started his career while still a student as he founded and was the head of Dneprospetsprom-D company. It specialised in the sale of stainless steel alloys. He was a co-founder of the Fotomag online store chain and a co-owner of Beautycom DP LLC. This particular project is one of the exemplary cases - it was successfully implemented and subsequently sold. Entrepreneurial activity has not deterred his commitment to volunteering. Since 2006, Arthur has been a member of the Board of Trustees of the European Community of Dnipro. He is the current president of the "Shiurei Torah Lubavitch" charity fund.

Baralo Roman Kostiantynovych

Director of "Dobrozem"

In 2012, he graduated from Bohuslav Humanitarian Vocational College named after I.S. Nechuy-Levytsky with a degree in Business Economics. Subsequently, he obtained a bachelor's degree at Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman, majoring in "Entrepreneurship". In 2018, he graduated from Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman, where he obtained a master's degree in Law. He started his career in the agricultural holding in the same year at TAS AGRO. He worked his way up from a land specialist to the regional head of the land department of Kyiv and Kirovohrad regions.  In 2022, he graduated from P.Kh.Garkavyi Maslivka Agrarian Professional College of Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University with an associate degree in the educational and professional program "Organization and Technology of Farming". Since 2023, he has been a postgraduate student at the Drahomanov National Pedagogical University, majoring in Law.

Iryna Skorenko

Iryna graduated with honours from Donetsk National University with a degree in Law.  She has more than 20 years of experience in the capital market in the field of asset management for institutional investors in various areas: mutual and investment funds, as well as private pension funds. During her career, she has held positions as a legal consultant, head of the legal department and head of an asset management company. In her professional career, she has accumulated experience in pooling assets in various sectors of Ukraine as part of investment funds and in the effective use of collective investment vehicles. This wide range includes the agricultural sector, the financial services market, as well as metallurgy and green energy. Iryna has successfully implemented investment projects in various sectors of the economy using various capital market instruments. She is able to create and professionally manage investment assets of funds.

Oleksandr Kravchenko

Director of Zeminvest

Oleksandr started his career at the State Service of Ukraine for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre of Kyiv oblast, where he was involved in the development of a public cadastral map. Subsequently, he held senior positions in the food and grain corporation Ukrtransgaz. This experience gave him an understanding of the operations of large corporations and the agricultural market. In 2021, he joined Zeminvest and became its CEO.

Vasylyshyn Yuriy Hryhorovych

Director of Menorah Lohistik Agro

In 2009, he entered Khmelnytsky College of Finance and Economics, majoring in Business Economics. Since 2012, he has worked as a chief logistics specialist at LLC Narkevychy Sugar Refinery. In 2015, he obtained a master's degree from Khmelnytsky University of Economics. Later, in 2019, he received a bachelor's degree in Agronomy from Podilsky State Agrarian Technical University.

Petro Kovtun

Petro Kovtun started his career in agriculture in 1998. He has two degrees: technical and economic. He first graduated from Zaporizhzhia National Technical University and later from Zaporizhzhia University of Economics. Since 1998, he has owned several farms with a land bank ranging from 1000 hectares to 10,000 hectares. The land plots he is currently working on are united geographically: in the east - from Zaporizhzhia, in the west - to Lviv oblast.
